My name is Sean Maddeaux, I am the co-founder of Solace Solutions, a residential leasing agency that provides full-service tenant placement to landlords across the GTA and Niagara Region. My vision for our company and the driving force behind my work is to see Solace Solutions become the number one household name in Canada associated with residential leasing. I see our company distinguishing itself in the real estate industry by perfecting the leasing process and being the one-stop shop for leasing needs to landlords all across Canada. Outside of work, I love to play and associate myself with sports of any kind, being outdoors, or going to the cottage and relaxing with friends and family.

A high-energy and enthusiastic self-starter with past experience in hospitality and a passion for real estate. it has always been a dream of mine to use my passion to assist others in their real estate journeys while providing a true hospitality-like service experience for my clients that is paired with the same high level of results for their properties. Sean and I, who I have known for 10-plus years, aim to build lasting relationships with our clients through stellar performance in the services we provided and a welcoming experience when dealing with us on a daily basis.
